Natalie Tobert is a practicing polymath. A ceramic sculptor and artist, she teaches at Harrow Art Centre.

As a medical anthropologist, she has undertaken research in India on bio-medical, religious and spiritual strategies for addressing mental health. She has published over 50 articles and two books, and is completing a monograph based on her research in India.

 

Natalie has facilitated experiential courses exploring beliefs about the nature of human existence since the 1990s.

She is Course Director for the training modules on Beyond Five Senses and Medicine Beyond Materialism, courses sponsored by the Scientific and Medical Network, where she served time on the Board of Directors, as Chair of the Education and Research committee.
